Devon Mansions and Harland House Tenants and Residents Association (TRA) is a voluntary organisation formed by residents and leaseholder a like, of the Devon Mansions and Hartland House buildings in London Borough of Southwark (LBS) in 2025.

The T&RA shares the interest of all tenants and leaseholders within the buildings, arrange community events and communicate the concerns of the residents to the council and housing management. We hold an Annual General Meeting once a year, where officers and committee members of the association are elected by the residents and leaseholders. We hold regular committee meetings, general meetings with residents and quarterly meetings with the council’s senior officers and elected Councillors to discuss issues and estate maintenance, which members can also ask to attend.

We work closely with officers from the council, to try and address issues brought to us by TRA memebers.
