The Devon Mansions & Hartland House T&RA (“T&RA”/“we”) is a Tenants and Residents Association in the London borough of Southwark. By submitting and using the contact form, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to the following terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”). The T&RA reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions (or any part of them), where reasonable, at any time.
Eligibility Requirements. You MUST meet the following eligibility requirements (the “Eligibility Requirements”):
(i) All information supplied by you supply the T&RA must be true, complete and accurate.
(ii) You must be aged 18 years of age or above on the date of submission.
(iii) Any information you provide the T&RA in person, over the phone, via text message, email or the website contact page may be kept on file, including personal information such as your name, social media usernames, address, nationality, date of birth and contact details. Information relating to your ethnicity, political opinions or religious belief, trade union membership, physical or mental health, sexual orientation, genetic and biometric data ("Special Category Personal Data") and criminal background data.
(iv) You understand the T&RA is not responsible for any website or platform you link to from the application website.
(v) You acknowledge that the application website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or other reasons.
(vi) None of the T&RA nor any of its affiliates, officers, employees, agents or other representatives shall be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive loss or damages arising out of your application or the use of, or inability to use, the application website and/or online form.
(vii) You will, as between you and the T&RA, retain copyright in any material submitted by you in person or through the contact form, in whatever form, including without limitation written material and photographs, ("Material"), but we shall be entitled to use the Material in accordance with the Rights granted hereunder without obtaining further permission or making any payment to you.
(viii) By submitting any Material, you grant to the T&RA a royalty-free licence for the full period of copyright and thereafter, insofar as possible, in perpetuity, to copy, adapt, edit and reproduce such Material at no charge and in any medium for all purposes connected with the matter at hand (including without limitation in order to compile, aggregate and disclose to third parties general demographic information about applications for the programme), and otherwise to use the Material in accordance with our Privacy Policy and for such purposes you agree to waive irrevocably all moral rights of whatever nature in the Material. The rights granted by you under this heading are collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Rights”.
(ix) Know that the T&RA is a voluntary organisation, and it may take between 14 and 28 days for use to reply to you.
